Regular Shipping

   All orders will be shipped out within 3-5 days after purchase. If shipping was not upgraded, delivery by USPS First Class (standard) will take 5-7 business days. USPS Priority Mail (upgraded) will take 2-3 business days to arrive. USPS Express (upgraded) will take 1-2 business days. Delays of USPS are not of Enchanted Scrunch's fault, but please reach out for any help. Contact can be found at the bottom of every page, or on the contact page. 

Holiday Shipping

Orders can take 1-2 more days to ship out than usual due to the influx in orders, so they will be shipped out within 3 to 7 days. Any shipping delays are not Enchanted Scrunch's fault, but reach out if there are any major concerns.

Orders not arriving in time or at promised date are not Enchanted Scrunch's fault. We recommend placing your orders at least 3 weeks before the needed date to allow room for delays. If you need your order by Christmas we recommend ordering by the 2nd of December.
