Scrunch Club Mini Subscription

1 star because of the severe unprofessionalism. I became a member of the scrunch club and upon subscribing I did not put my apartment # to which I immediately told scrunch to help fix it because I couldn’t do it after submitting. For 5 months I was purchasing scrunchies I never received bc they were getting returned due to a wrong address or placed in the wrong mailbox (I live in apt complex). I would msg scrunch they said they’d send my returned items that I paid for but they didn’t. It shouldn’t take 5 months for them to fix my subscription and add my apt #. It got to the point where I commented on Dasha’s tiktok to bring awareness to which she mocked my comment saying there was no email under my TikTok name (I don’t use my TikTok name for my email but that should be obvious 😂 ) It’s one small detail that cost this business 5 stars. The scrunchies she posts are cute but the customer service is whack

I love these! I will never go back to store brand scrunchies again.

These are high quality. I will never buy scrunchies from a big box store again. They don’t last! I will definitely be looking at holiday ones to add to my collection!
